i think my soccer coach would be a good leader
1.cause he is strict on if you do something he does not like you have to go for a run down the field from one goal to other goal and come back.
2.he is also kind to when you being good.
3.he is respectful to us.
4.honest about how play and if you a goal if it is goal or not.
5.power over if it is of side or not.
he is caring he cares if we foul over or not.
