sleep and exersize

                    This heathly foods teenages should be having on dayley basis  


Sleep how much sleep should a normal teenage get about 8 to 10 hours of sleep some get less like 6 to 7 hours of sleep. 

 Why do need so much  we are ready for the next day and  if we don,t get our sleep that we need 

We can be really grumpy the next day and no one likes and grumpy teenager.

Why teenages need so much sleep because we need to re-enagise for the next day when we don,t get  the right amount of sleep you don,t what to do anything for the day. 

Why do we exercise  so we can get more mussle and exercise helps to make you more healthy. 

  This heathly foods teenages should be having on daily basis.
