we are learn how to do a agililty run we are learning to test our self in lots off ways
this my heart rate blog that i have to do and this is how long it toke me to do the Agility test
and the this is how long it took me to do the 30m sprint
my heart rate is slow when i sit down it is fast when i am runing arourd
you need more oxygen when you run around
