- Quality of Sleep: List four ways you can help your body get a quality night’s sleep (Most of this happens before bedtime!) You could drink some milk. You could read a book. You could go for run around the house or something like that.
- In your own words, why do you think it is important to get a good sleep each night? How do you think this will help you at school? If you a good night you could concentrate a lot better then you do now when you do not get enough sleep.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 7 and in 2021 I will be a year 8. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you.
